This product is an extra accessory not only for our own moulded carpet sets but also for anyone seeking to add extra sound insulation under any Escort carpet.

It is cut to an outside shape but can be trimmed as necessary depending on the floor pan and tunnel arrangement of your car. The felt itself is 3/8" or 9mm deep, and dense enough to reduce a lot of drumming but flexible enough to be glued around the contours of the floor pan before the carpets are fitted on top. 

(Please note that the underfelt kit is part of the carpet set and does not need to be purchased separately)
