:: Diamond shaped center medallion with lattice oriented floral arabesques and blossoms sprawling across the field with heavy abrashes across. Corner spandrel overlays of partial quarter map design of the main medallion. Wide banded main border in a palmette and serrated leaf design motif. Numbers in the main field read 1353 which roughly translates to 1930s. Colors and shades include: Beige, antique ivory, navy blue, platinum, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Hamadan carpet made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 5'4" x 7'10".
